We never sell your data.

Not your business's numbers, not your customers', not yours. We don't rent it, trade it or use it to advertise to anyone. That is a promise, and it is the one part of this policy that will never change.

  • Never soldNot to advertisers, data brokers or anyone else, at any price.
  • Never used for advertisingYour numbers show you your marketing. They never target anyone.
  • Shared only to do a jobThree services help run atlas, each seeing only what its job needs.

What atlas keeps

  • Your sign-in: your name and your email. There is no password: you sign in with a code we email you, kept only as a hash and good for 10 minutes. Your session lasts 30 days. To stop guessing, atlas counts sign-in attempts per email address and per IP address, and deletes the counts after a day.
  • Your marketing numbers: what the accounts you connect report, such as visits, spend, clicks, conversions, email opens and search terms, counted by day, campaign, page or query, and the names that come with them: accounts, campaigns, ads, pages and search queries.
  • Not your customers: atlas stores totals, not people. It never stores your website visitors' details or your subscribers' email addresses.
  • What you set up: your business's profile (its kind and a short description), outcomes, search terms, annotations and the people you invite.

Who else sees it

Only these three, and only for the job beside each. Nothing else leaves atlas, and the services you connect only ever receive atlas's requests to read your reports, and the requests that set up its access (such as the Google Ads manager link).

Amazon Web Services
Hosts atlas and its database, in Canada.
Anthropic
Writes a briefing when someone asks for one. It receives that report's numbers and the names inside it, such as campaign names and search queries, plus your business's name, time zone and profile, annotations, account names, outcome names and the provider event names mapped to them. Never your members' names or email addresses.
Postmark
Sends atlas's emails: sign-in codes, invitations and connection alerts.

How it's stored

atlas's database and secret store are in Canada (AWS's Canada Central region). Anthropic and Postmark may process what they receive outside Canada. Each business's data is walled off from every other business's at the database itself, so a mistake in one screen can't show one business another's numbers.

atlas never asks for your Google password or key. Google Analytics and Search Console are shared with a service account made for your business alone, and Google Ads is linked to a manager account made for your business alone. The sign-ins Meta and Mailchimp hand over are kept in a separate secret store, encrypted with a key only atlas's sync process can decrypt, never in the database or on any screen.

How long we keep it

For as long as your business uses atlas. Your history is never trimmed, so last year stays comparable with this year. You decide when it goes:

  • End atlas's access at any time from the service itself: remove atlas's account from your Google property or site, end the Google Ads link, or remove the app in Meta or Mailchimp. What it already sent stays until you ask us to delete it.
  • Ask us to delete your business, and we delete everything atlas holds for it, including its Google access. This can't be undone.

Who can see it

Only the people your business invites, with the role you give them. Reze staff don't sign in to your business unless you invite them. The people who run atlas can reach its database, and do so only to keep atlas working or to act on your request.

Cookies

One, to keep you signed in. No advertising cookies, no tracking cookies, and nothing that follows you to other sites.

Your choices

  • End a service's access from the service itself (above).
  • Invite people, or revoke an invitation, on Members. To remove a member or change a role, ask us.
  • Ask Reze to delete your business and everything with it.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, we'll email every owner before the change applies. The promise at the top won't change.
